How To Place An Order

Please advise the following information when placing orders:

• The DATE goods are REQUIRED.
• Full DELIVERY ADDRESS details.
• Any change of address details.
• Preferred PAYMENT DETAILS.

Delivery

All Tuatahi products are delivered door to door by courier or post, unless otherwise stated by the customer. Packaging and delivery charges are added to all orders.

Payment

All goods must be paid for in full before they leave the factory. Tuatahi accept personal or bank cheque’s (no money orders please unless they are NZ money orders), Bank Transfer Payments, Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard.

If payment is by Credit Card we require the cardholders name, card number and expiry date. Your card will be charged once your order is ready to be dispatched from our factory. If payment is by cheque, the goods will be dispatched once the cheque has been received. Please do not hesitate in contacting us if you have any queries regarding payment options.

Availability of goods

If goods are available on the date the customer has specified they will be dispatched on this date providing payment has been received. Due to heavy demand, goods are not always available on the date the customer has requested. We will however make every effort to advise the customer of the new delivery date, and ensure goods are dispatched as soon as possible.

Export orders

All export customers placing orders will be contacted individually and advised of cost, delivery details, payment options etc. Freight can be arranged by the customer or by Tuatahi. Insurance can be arranged by the customer or by Tuatahi. Duty and/or Sales Tax if applicable must be paid for by the customer when the goods arrive in their country.
