How to Buy
You can buy or order any of our products directly from this website, or if you prefer you are welcome to email or phone us with your order.
Due to production schedules and complications with shipping, we prefer that you do not order any more than 6 axes directly from the online store. Please email us if you would like to purchase more than 6.
How do I pay?
You can choose to pay by credit card or you can choose to pay offline.
Credit card payments are securely processed through Stripe. You do not need to have a Stripe account.
For manual (or offline) payments, we will contact you once we receive your order. When your order is ready to ship, we will email an invoice; please pay using internet banking. For international customers the invoice will have all the details needed, including our SWIFT code for international bank transfers.
We recommend that Australian customers choose offline payments so that we can send an invoice in Australian dollars for payment via the Commonwealth Bank.
Goods and Services Tax
All the prices on the website are in New Zealand dollars and exclude Goods and Services Tax which is only applicable to New Zealand customers. The GST is calculated and shown on the checkout page.
The website will automatically calculate the shipping costs based on your location and the weight of your order. You can see the shipping cost on the cart page before you go to checkout or have to pay. In some cases - particularly if you multiple items at the same time - it may be better to email or phone with your order so we can double check the best possible shipping cost.
How long will my order take?
All of our racing and training axes, and our saws are individually made to order. Those products are ordered rather than bought directly from this site. After we receive your order for any of these products, we will contact you with an estimated timeframe before we begin.
All other axes need to be finished, and/or have the handle fitted, before they can be sent - we do not keep stocks of finished axes. There is an estimated timeframe shown on each individual product page.
Most of our other products are kept in stock. Please allow a couple of days for us to process and prepare your order - we will contact you if for any reason there will be a longer than usual delay.
Also, please consider the current delays with international shipping.
